Shine4real strives to keep our customers satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we accept returns/ exchanges within 14 days of order recieved. Items that have been special ordered cannot be returned (i.e canvas prints). Original paintings and custom orders cannot be returned. Merchandise must be unworn or in it's original condition! Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost unless item was damaged or artist error.
